This process will discharge the phone\u2019s circuit, but also clear out the RAM. This will delete all the temporary data in the phone which could cause the problem. You can do it following these steps: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn off the phone<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Press and hold the Power Button, Volume Up key and the Home Button simultaneously<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Release the buttons when you see the Samsung logo, with the text \u2018Recovery booting\u2019 written in blue at the top of the screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will now be taken to the Android System Recovery screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe Cache Partition<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirm the selection using the Power Button<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a few moments, you should see a notification at the bottom of the screen, which confirms that the cache was cleared<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Highlight the Reboot System Now option using the volume keys<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Press the Power button to confirm<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Charging with a third-party cable doesn\u2019t work<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some people reported that charging their phones using a different cable doesn\u2019t work.
