What to do when the unlocking Code is not Working Motorola?<\/h2>\n

There are some aspects that have to be taken into account when the unlocking code does not work, namely:<\/p>\n

  1. Check whether you communicated the appropriate IMEI (either dial *#06# ,<\/b> \u00a0or check it underneath the battery<\/b>) because it is a basic very important variable for the supplier that delivers your code;<\/li>\n
  2. Pay attention when you introduce the unlocking code because it may ask for another type of PIN, other than unlocking PIN. The designed messages<\/b> for unlocking pin are: \u201cSIM Network Unlock PIN\u201d<\/em><\/strong> or \u201cEnter Network Lock Control Key\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/em>If these pieces of info were correct, it is recommended to go to the third step.<\/li>\n
  3. Make a hard reset<\/strong> of the phone<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A \u00a0hard reset<\/span><\/strong><\/a> a.k.a. \u00a0a hardware\/factory reset<\/strong> is simply the restoration of a device to the state it was in when leaving the factory. It is a simple process.<\/p>\n

    You have to go to APPS-> SETTINGS->BACKUP&RESET> FACTORY DATA RESET> RESET PHONE<\/p>\n

    Please be aware that taking this action comes along with phone restoration to the factory settings. It means that all data and apps added by you in the interim will be deleted.
