Dial <strong>*#06#<\/strong> to get the IMEI and also check the sticker underneath the battery. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>How to input the codes:<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The unlocking codes you have received should be the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>NETWORK, SUBPROVIDER, PROVIDER, DEFREEZE, EXTRA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are some cases where only one unlocking code is provided. Those devices do not require multiple codes as the one provided can fully unlock the phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Try all the unlocking codes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that were sent to you<\/span><b>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unique for your phone, but make sure you <\/span><b>don\u2019t use all the attempts.<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter The <\/span><b>Defreeze Code<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Press<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cUnlock\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OK<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The phone will display <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNetwork Unlock Unsuccessful\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorrect Network PIN\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter The <\/span><b>Network Code <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and Press <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cUnlock\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOK\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The phone will prompt <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNetwork Unlock Successful\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now your phone should be unlocked.
