3 methods to check if your Blackberry\u00a0is network locked?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In order to check if your Blackberry can be unlocked by code, you need to see if there is a designated field in which a code can be inserted.<\/span><\/p>\n

For this, you will need to insert a SIM card from a different Network Provider<\/strong> that the one you are currently using and check if the phone will ask for the <\/span>SIM Network Unlock Pin<\/strong>.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Unlock your\u00a0<\/span>Blackberry<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

If your Blackberry does not ask for <\/span>SIM Network Unlock Pin<\/span><\/i>, then you can try the following methods in order to check if there is any way to enter the unlocking code.<\/span><\/p>\n

Method #1 (Blackberry Z10\/ Q10)<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Turn off your blackberry, insert a non-accepted sim card and turn it on.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > SIM Card<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down to Phone Network Lock, and tap on “Unlock Network” button<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Method #2 (Blackberry with IOS 7 \/ IOS 6) <\/b><\/h2>\n
    Make sure that a SIM card is inserted into your phone. It can be any SIM card.<\/span><\/h5>\n
      \n
    1. Power On<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. From the front screen, go to OPTIONS\/ DEVICE\/ADVANCED SETTINGS\/SIM CARD<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. On the keyboard, type the letters MEPD (what you type will NOT appear on the screen)<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. HOLD ALT and type MEP2 or MEP[alt]2 (you will not see what you type on the screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Now you will be prompted to enter the unlock code<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Method #3 (Blackberry with IOS 5 \/ IOS 4) <\/b><\/h2>\n
      Make sure that a SIM card is inserted into your phone. It can be any SIM card.<\/span><\/h5>\n

      1. Power on<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Go to Settings<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Go to Options<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Go to Advanced Options<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Go to Sim Card<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. HOLD ALT and type: MEP2 (Please note that you will NOT see what you type on the screen)<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Now it should ask you for the unlock code. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
