In order to be very clear about this question we present the cases when the client is NOT eligible for a refund:
- the client provided us with a wrong IMEI;
- the client provided us a wrong phone model, country or network;
- the client provided us a wrong email address;
- the client didn’t follow the unlocking instructions exactly as stated;
- the handset of the client is not network locked (it has a different type of lock, for instance: PIN lock, PUK lock, or it is blacklisted);
