- Pay attention when you introduce the unlocking code because it may ask for another type of PIN, other than unlocking PIN. The designed messages for unlocking pin are: “SIM Network Unlock PIN” or “Enter Network Lock Control Key”
If the process is still unsuccessful, you have to try all the codes that you received from the supplier.
Nevertheless, keep in mind that there is a limited number of attempts, namely 10 attempts. Be sure not to use them all.
