SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK message – How to Fix it.

When your device displays the message “SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK” it means that the network unlock code (NCK) has been inserted wrongly several times.

Get SIM network PIN and SIM network PUK codes

 

SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK message might be also displayed when another code is inserted instead of the NCK (SIM network PIN) code. Often times, the SIM PIN code, comprised of 4 digits, is inserted instead of the NCK, resulting in displaying the above-mentioned message.

 

When SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK  message is displayed, it means that the target device freezed and will need a code other than NCK to defreeze it. The code needed is the MCK code (DEFREEZE or SIM network PUK).

 

The unlocking process provides several codes, including:

NCK (NETWORK) = SIM network PIN
MCK (DEFREEZE) = SIM network PUK

When the device shows SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK, it must be inserted first the MCK (DEFREEZE) code.

And then the device is going to ask for the SIM network PIN. Now, the NCK (NETWORK) code can be inserted.
