What can you do when your Code is not Working Nokia?

If your Nokia asks for the “SIM Network Unlock PIN” and after you enter the Network Code (NCK), the “Unlock Unsuccessful” message appears, follow the next steps:

Check IMEI

Check if the IMEI number you provided is the correct one. Dial *#06# to get the IMEI and also check the sticker underneath the battery.

How to input the codes:

The unlocking codes you have received should be the following:

NETWORK, SUBPROVIDER, PROVIDER, DEFREEZE, EXTRA.

There are some cases where only one unlocking code is provided. Those devices do not require multiple codes as the one provided can fully unlock the phone.

Try all the unlocking codes that were sent to you, unique for your phone, but make sure you don’t use all the attempts.

  1. Enter The Defreeze Code and Press “Unlock” or “OK”.
  2. The phone will display “Network Unlock Unsuccessful” or “Incorrect Network PIN”.
  3. Enter The Network Code and Press “Unlock” or “OK”.
  4. The phone will prompt “Network Unlock Successful”.

Now your phone should be unlocked. If it is still locked please contact our customer support team and they will surely offer you further guidance.
