What can you do when your phone displays “0 Attempts Left“ (LG, Blackberry)
Always make sure that you do not use all your attempts.
If you already used all 10 attempts and you have 0 attempts left, you have to go to a local cellphone repair shop to reset the counter.
The reason the code is not working on your phone is related to the changes you or your network provider made to the phone’s software (for example: changed the stock ROM, upgraded the operating system, etc).
In this case, you are eligible for a complete refund of your payment. For that, you will need to send us a picture/ screenshot with the message being displayed on your phone and one with the IMEI of your phone.
